Siakap Stim Chinese Style

Hidangan kegemaran suami dan saya sendiri jugak. Kali ni saya guna resepi orang lain. Biasanya saya guna resepi mak. Tapi resepi ni pun sedap jugak. Yang penting mudah nak buat.



Siakap Stim Chinese Style

1 ekor Ikan siakap
2-3 batang daun bawang - potong kasar
2 inci halia muda - potong memanjang dan halus-halus
5 biji bawang putih - potong halus
2 sudu besar minyak bijan
2 sudu besar minyak masak
3 sudu besar kicap cair
Garam dan serbuk lada sulah secukupnya


Cara:
Gaulkan garam dan serbuk lada sulah pada ikan. Taburkan daun bawang, halia, bawang putih.
Kukuskan ikan separuh masak.
Kemudian masukkan bahan gaul.
Kukus hingga masak.
